Roland Ebner

Roland Ebner is currently the Country Manager for JYSK in Switcherland. Roland has held numerous positions in management and sales over the course of their career.

Ebner began their career as a management trainee for Lidl in Deutschland in 2002. Roland worked their way up through the company, eventually becoming the Country-Head Sales & Logistics Switzerland in 2011. In this position, they were in charge of several strategic market entries and market optimizations.

In 2012, Ebner left Lidl to become the Head of International Sales for KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH. In this role, they helped improve the already existing international footprint for the KIK retail group across Europe.

Ebner left KiK in 2013 to become the Regional Sales Manager for Apollo-Optik. Roland was in charge of the Southern Germany sales region including full P&L as well as organizational management.

Ebner has been with JYSK since 2016 and is currently the Country Manager for Switcherland.
