Mirella Rechichi graduated in Law from the University of Pisa in 2016. They completed a judicial internship at the Court of Florence from 2017 to 2018, and subsequently worked as a practicing lawyer until 2019. Since then, Mirella has served as an attorney and has been involved in various roles, including a compliance officer and educator at Studio BL and the Scuola Zincani in Bologna. Currently, they focus on corporate compliance and act as a Vigilance Body in multiple companies.
