Juan Rivera

Product Support Manager at K1X

Juan Rivera started their work experience in 1999 as a Tech Support Supervisor at ATX Communications, where they led a team for ongoing technical support. Juan provided desktop and phone support for a network of over 1200 users. In 2005, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Supervising Technology Support Specialist, where they provided operational and technical supervision to Technical Support Specialists. Juan conducted performance reviews and provided feedback to promote growth. In 2016, Juan became a Senior Support Analyst at Crowe, a position they held until 2023. Juan then joined K1X, Inc. as a Product Support Manager.

Juan Rivera has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from La Salle University, obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of Philadelphia from 1992 to 1994, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their formal education, Juan Rivera has obtained certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation from Loyalist Exam Services in July 2011, and Comp Tia A+ from CompTIA in September 2008.
