At K2 Engineering, we do more than design plans—we help bring your vision to life with precision, responsiveness, and a genuine investment in your success.

Founded in 2022, K2 Engineering provides full-scope civil engineering services for commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects across the Carolinas. Our team is known for being some of the most responsive engineers in the business—committed to high-quality work, transparent communication, and plans that not only meet standards, but exceed expectations.

Our recent projects include:
📌 Linwood Estates - 148 Single Family lots - Lexington, NC
📌 SpringHill Suites by Marriot - 104 Room Hotel - Boone, NC
📌 Canova Crossing Townhomes - 105 Units - Conover, NC
📌 Davis Avenue Waterline Extension - Charlotte, NC
📌 Larkin Golf Course - Amenity Expansion - Statesville, NC

We believe that great engineering starts with great relationships. That’s why we focus just as much on service as we do on solutions—collaborating closely with developers, builders, municipal leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver results that serve both your goals and your community.

Let’s talk about how we can support your next project with insight, integrity, and a team that’s excited to be part of your success.
