At K2 Marketing Strategy, we're a strategic growth partner to PE- and investor-backed B2B SaaS and tech-enabled services companies in the growth stage. We help CEOs and their teams turn marketing into a growth engine through go-to-market strategy, positioning, and fractional CMO leadership. With 25+ years building and scaling marketing across high-growth B2B tech, we align marketing, sales, and leadership around what actually moves the business — pipeline and revenue.

Our work spans the things that compound growth: sharper brand and messaging, a go-to-market motion that brings in the right buyers, and hands-on leadership when your team needs senior firepower without a full-time hire. Whether you're scaling, entering new markets, or strengthening an existing team, we work alongside you from strategy through execution.

More than a strategy on paper, we build growth that your team can carry forward long after the engagement ends.

Growth, Accelerated.
