Kevin Bourque

Kevin Bourque currently serves as the VP of Engineering & Technology at k2 Pure Solutions, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Kevin held various roles at Dow from February 2019 to June 2023, including Technology Director and Director of the Process Engineering Technology Group, focusing on capital intensity improvement and leading technology efforts. At Dow AgroSciences from January 2006 to January 2019, Kevin was the Portfolio Manufacturing Director and Associate Director of Technology, responsible for global manufacturing operations and long-term business technology strategies for the Insect Management portfolio. Kevin's career began at Dow as a Senior Production Leader and Production & Startup Leader, overseeing significant plant operations and improvements. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
