Two college friends. Twenty years of building. AI made us dangerous again.

Between us, we've built startups, advised Fortune 500 companies, invested in businesses and led large technology teams. We met years ago in college. Today, we're building K2Alpha.

We believe AI has fundamentally changed the economics of company building. Two experienced builders, armed with the right models and tools, can now deliver what once required dozens of engineers, analysts and consultants.

That's why we don't think of ourselves as advisors.

We're Forward Deployed Engineers.

We embed ourselves with founders and leadership teams, identify the few workflows that matter most, and rebuild them using AI. We stay until the workflow works, the ROI is visible and your team can take over.

Our ambition isn't to build the next services giant.

We'd rather help build the next generation of category leaders. Whenever possible, we'd rather participate through long-term equity than maximize advisory fees. Our success should compound with yours.

Every engagement adds to a growing library of reusable operating patterns that eventually become sector-specific AI platforms.

We're intentionally small. Founder-led. Hands-on. No account managers. No endless PowerPoints. Just builders.

If you're a founder, CEO or investor who believes AI should fundamentally change how a business operates, let's talk.
