Chris Brummer

Chris Brummer is the Agnes Williams Sesquicentennial Professor of Financial Technology at Georgetown Law and the Founder and CEO of Bluprynt, a digital assets disclosure company. They serve as a Non-Executive Director for both PayPal Digital, Inc. and K2 Integrity, and co-founded the Fintech Beat Podcast with FiscalNote. As a thought leader and advisor, Chris has advised policymakers and stakeholders on complex issues surrounding innovation and regulation in technology and finance. They graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis, earned a Ph.D from the University of Chicago, and obtained their J.D. from Columbia Law School with honors. Chris's extensive experience includes prior roles at Vanderbilt University, the Milken Institute, and the National Adjudicatory Council.
