Maria Lindstrom

Maria Lindstrom, CAMS, CRMS-GS, possesses extensive experience in financial crime analysis and research across various sectors. Currently a Senior Financial Crimes Analyst at K2 Integrity since November 2018, Maria conducts enhanced due diligence reviews and ensures compliance with critical financial regulations including the OFAC, BSA, and the USA PATRIOT Act. Previously, Maria held roles as a Research Analyst at GMI Ratings, where insights on ESG issues were provided, an Assistant Manager of Corporate Planning at Suntory International Corp., and as a Research Analyst for the National Board of Trade, contributing to studies on international trade. Additionally, Maria was an Assistant to the Minister Counselor at the Embassy of Sweden, supporting trade and economic discussions. Maria holds a Master's degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lund University, along with coursework in Political Strategy and Communications from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
