Michael Flowers is the Founding Chief Analytics Officer for New York City and serves as a strategic data and technology advisor to three U.S. presidential administrations as well as various governors, mayors, and global heads of state. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Data Officer at K2 Integrity and serve as an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on Digital Government. Previously, they have worked as an Innovation Fellow at the New Jersey State Office of Innovation and as a Prosecutor for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, among other roles. Michael’s extensive experience includes advisory positions in various governmental and private organizations, where they contributed to initiatives related to technology, data analytics, and public policy.
