Steven Douglas

Steven Douglas has worked in the IT field since 2006. Steven began their career at Circuit City as a Lead Computer Technician, where they were responsible for resolving escalated technical issues and maintaining accurate status of work orders. In 2009, they joined VSS-Southern Theatres, LLC as a Network Analyst, performing the roles of System Engineer/Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer/Administrator, and IT Security Officer. In 2017, they began working at K2Share as a Sr Network Analyst.

Steven Douglas began their educational journey in 1999 when they graduated from Eleanor McMain Secondary School with a High School degree in General Studies. In 2007, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Penn Foster. In 2011, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Additionally, Steven Douglas has obtained several certifications, including CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (2016), Cisco Certified Networking Associate Routing & Switching – CCNA (2016), Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician – CCENT (2013), CompTIA Project + (2012), CIW Database Specialist (2012), CIW JavaScript Specialist (2012), CIW Web Design Specialist (2012), CompTIA Network+ (2006), CompTIA A+ (2006), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (2019), AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty (2019), CCNA: Security, Microsoft Certified System Administrator: Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Vista Configuration.
