Tracy Bates, MBA, PMP, is a strategic marketing and business leader with a focus on brand, demand generation, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy. They served as a Project Manager at Puffer-Sweiven, where they led project development and implementation, improved operational processes, and received an Appreciation Award for Exceptional Performance. Earlier in their career, they held various roles, including Project Engineer at Honeywell and Account Manager at W.W. Grainger, where they drove customer-centric solutions and enhanced revenue initiatives. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Marketing at K2United. They earned their MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2022.
