Craig Smith

Craig Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and account management. Craig is currently working as a Sales Director at K2View since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MDS Global as an Account Director from March 2015 to December 2021, where they were responsible for account management and new business sales for key UK and European accounts. Before that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at NetCracker Technology from March 2011 to December 2014, managing a portfolio of accounts and driving the strategic direction for them. Craig also has experience working at Convergys EMEA, where they held various roles including Snr Programme Manager, Snr Programme/Project Associate, and Project Office from 2004 to 2011. In these positions, they were responsible for programme and project management, account P&L, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation.

Craig Smith attended Solent University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they studied at Fareham College and obtained an A Level in Business Studies, Design Technology, and Geography.
