Rajive Dhar possesses extensive experience in corporate development and advisory roles within the technology sector. As Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor at K2view from March 2024 to June 2025, Dhar contributed to data management and AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies. A Senior Advisor at Movian.ai from May 2024 to April 2025, Dhar focused on IP and employee spinoff facilitation and supported a cross-border M&A transaction. Prior to these roles, Dhar held positions at NetApp as VP & Head of Corporate Development from January 2021 to February 2024, Informatica as VP & Head of Corporate Development from August 2017 to January 2021, and TiVo as VP & Head of Corporate Development from September 2013 to October 2016, driving numerous acquisitions and investments to enhance leadership in their respective markets. Dhar earned an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1998.
