Michael Koffler

Michael Koffler is founder and CEO of K3 Learning, Inc. Previously, Michael founded MetSchools, Inc., a leading provider of mainstream and Special Education schools that include Nursery, Preschool and K-12 programs in New York City. MetSchools employed up to 725 persons, in ten locations with a total of 500,000 square feet of space. It was the largest privately held non-governmental nursery school provider in New York City.

In 1998 MetSchools sold its Phoenix Preschool Education Center’s unit, which operated 40 preschool centers in Florida, North Carolina and Georgia which employed 800 people.

His career began as a financial consultant in the insurance industry. He holds CLU, and ChFC designations, and is a licensed insurance agent in New York.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from SUNY Buffalo (1976). He served on the Board of Future’s in Education Foundation (of the Diocese of Brooklyn & Queens), and is a former trustee of St. Francis College. Additionally, he is past Chairman of the Young President’s Organization Metro New York Chapter, and is current Chairman of WPO Big Apple Chapter, in New York City.
