Currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at K4Connect since September 2015, Carl is dedicated to ensuring top-quality, intuitive software within an agile development environment. Previous experience includes a role as a Staff Software Engineer at IBM, where Carl developed comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance with international standards, and as a Software Quality Engineer at Rational Software, focusing on scalable performance testing tools.
