David Cheng

David Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Alpha168 LLC since September 2022, Cheng is also a Venture Partner at both REDDS Capital and K5 Ventures. Cheng's involvement in advisory roles includes participation in the Dean's Leadership Council at UC Irvine Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences and serving on the advisory board of Jio Health. With a history of leadership as CEO at Pathfynders Corp and Board Member at Social Rewards, Inc., Cheng has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering startups and improving consumer relationships. Prior professional experience includes tenure at IBM as a Healthcare Industry Executive. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine.
