Michael began their career as an Apprentice Diesel Fitter, later advancing to roles such as Workshop Foreman and Maintenance Manager at notable companies like Atlas Copco and Eldorado Gold Corporation. Their experience also includes a tenure as Maintenance Manager at Tenke Fungurume Mining, responsible for managing substantial copper and cobalt assets. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Maintenance and Stores Management from Central Queensland University, Michael is skilled in project management and maintenance improvement programs.
