KA-BOM is a facilitation “one stop shop” designed to help organizations improve how they work together. Founded by Alina Bălan, KA-BOM evolved from over eight years of hands-on facilitation experience into a collaborative ecosystem of specialists focused on one essential goal: better collaboration inside organizations.

We bring together around 20 experts across disciplines such as AI, digital transformation, leadership, innovation, UX, change management, and more—forming tailored, multidisciplinary teams for each client’s unique challenge. Whether it’s a single workshop or a complex organizational transformation, our approach combines facilitation with the right mix of expertise to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.

KA-BOM operates through a flexible, hybrid model:

Direct access to specialized expertise
End-to-end project design and delivery
Facilitation programs that build internal capabilities

We don’t just provide answers—we design the process through which teams discover them. Our work is rooted in co-creation, engagement, and ownership, supporting organizations that want to actively shape their solutions rather than outsource them.

The name KA-BOM, meaning “together,” reflects our belief: collaboration is not just a skill—it’s a system. And when done right, it becomes a powerful driver of smarter decisions, stronger teams, and sustainable results.

At KA-BOM, we’re here to make facilitation a daily practice—not a one-off intervention—and to help organizations become better at working, thinking, and building together.
