Flavio Couto serves as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agility Specialist at dti Digital since September 2019, where Flavio has successfully led 18 projects by enhancing communication between the company and both national and international clients. Currently, Flavio is also an instructor at Ka Solution, focusing on project and product management training for future Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Flavio's previous roles include Scrum Master at CRM Educacional, supporting team dynamics and risk management, and Analyst at Marph Sistemas, where Flavio introduced effective team practices. Early career experiences include technical support and teaching roles in IT, backed by extensive educational qualifications, including a Master's in Project Management.
