Our club’s mission is based on four strong values, through which we want to unite and strengthen our community:

Familiarity

Our club is committed to be inclusive familiar and easily accessible for everyone. That is enhanced by “Voetbal in de stad"​ (football in the city), an association without purpose of gain, which focuses on a perfect balance between social engagement and sport.

Fairness

Every game we play, every action we take, it’s always in full sportsmanship. We fight like Trojans, but remain respectful in both victory and defeat.

Excellence

The club aims at excellence in everything it undertakes. From youth coaching to hospitality, in Belgium’s most beautiful stadium class and top quality prevail.

Willfulness

From the battle song to the management, from the slogans to the style: KAA Gent thinks out of the box, never against something, but always with an own vision.
