Kaansya Resort & Spa is a family-owned hospitality property set across ~87000 sq.ft in the hills of Nainital, surrounded by forested slopes, open skies, and a quiet that feels far removed from the city.

Built as a home in the hills, the property unfolds through stone pathways, cottages, and walking tracks that move through the landscape. The approach has been consciously low-impact, with every existing tree preserved and the layout shaped it, allowing the space to grow within its natural setting rather than replace it.“It’s not a place set against nature, but one that sits within it.”

Mornings feel slow and unhurried, with soft light, fresh air, and space to simply be. Across the property, restaurants, bars, and open leisure spaces bring a different rhythm to the day, from long, easy meals and time by the pool to walks through the hills and evenings that shift naturally from relaxed to lively. An amusement park adds another layer, making it equally suited for families, group stays, and quiet getaways.

With an elusive 30 keys Everything comes together with a focus on comfort, detail, and a sense of ease. A kind of luxury that feels natural, considered, and grounded in its surroundings
