Ish Kumar

Ish Kumar serves as the Associate Director of Sales at Kaarwan since December 2024. Previously, Ish held the position of Growth Manager at Novatr (formerly Oneistox) from June 2022 to November 2024, overseeing three key verticals—Master Computational Design, BIM Civil Engineer, and BIM MEP—while managing strategy, operations, and P&L outcomes. During this tenure, Ish successfully launched and scaled the BIM Civil Engineer program. Ish's career began with a Business Development Executive role at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd. and a Digital Marketing Internship at Ikigai Learning. Academically, Ish holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) and a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government Polytechnic College.
