Concurrently, Max holds the position of Director at Gluon Renewable Energies, specializing in renewable energy and e-fuels investments with notable M&A achievements. As Co-founder of ClimateRock, a Nasdaq-listed acquisition company, Max has played a significant role in raising over $120 million, focusing on the energy transition and merging with Greenrock in early 2025.
