David Jepson

David Jepson has a diverse work experience starting from 1976 as a Student Apprentice at British Timken. David then worked at Cosworth and Cosworth Technology as a Quality Engineer from 1984 to 1993. David continued their career at Cummins as a Quality Engineering Manager from 1993 to 2001. Subsequently, they joined Cummins Inc - Nelson Burgess as a Manager - Quality from 2001 to 2005. David then had an ex-pat assignment at Cummins Inc, where they served as a General Manager, responsible for establishing a new manufacturing facility in South Africa from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they worked as a Quality Manager at Baylis Automotive from 2009 to 2010. Currently, they are employed at KAB Seating Limited, where they have held multiple roles, including Quality Manager from 2010 to 2015, Supplier Development Manager from 2016 to 2023, and currently serves as the Head of Quality and Engineering.

David Jepson received their education at Coventry University from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained an HND in Production Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Trinity Grammar School from 1969 to 1976, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
