Keity Hosaas

Keity Hosaas serves as the HR People & Culture Manager at Kabal since January 2021, while also acting as a mentor for ODA - Women in Tech Network since September 2023. Previously, Keity held the position of Human Resources Manager at Boost AI from 2017 to January 2021, where the focus was on conversational AI platforms for customer service. Additional experience includes leadership as the Working Environment Committee Leader at AMU, and roles in accounting and personnel management, including overseeing compliance with accounting laws and managing human resources functions. Keity's earlier experience includes working as a Personnel Coordinator at Hitec Products AS, where responsibilities encompassed personnel coordination and administration for the oil industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, along with two Master of Business Administration degrees in Strategic Human Resources Management and Project Management from the University of Stavanger.
