Regent Yip

Regent Yip has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. They started their career at Electronic Arts (EA) in 2013 as a Senior QA Tester, focusing on online stability and communication between departments for the FIFA game. In 2015, they joined The Coalition as a Senior QA Tester for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Gears of War 4, primarily working on the PC versions. In 2017, Regent joined BigPark Microsoft Studios as a Software Test Associate 3, where they tested the Base 3D Engine on various platforms and focused on achieving glTF compliance. Currently, since 2019, Regent works at Kabam, where they started as a Live Operations QA and then progressed to the positions of Associate LiveOps Analyst and Intermediate Live Ops Specialist.

Regent Yip attended the Art Institute of Vancouver from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they studied Game Art and Design, though no specific degree was mentioned.
