Eric Rothman

Eric Rothman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and economic development assignments, currently serving as Co-Chair and Partner at HR&A Advisors since July 2004. Rothman also holds trustee responsibilities at the Citizens Budget Commission and has been a board member at KaBOOM! since June 2017. Between February 2013 and February 2023, Rothman contributed as a board member and co-chair of the DT Council at the Design Trust for Public Space, where leadership roles fostered innovative public space projects in New York City. Previously, Rothman was the Managing Principal at Hamilton, Rabinovitz & Alschuler, Inc. and held the position of Head of Business Planning at Transport for London, where significant advancements were made in business planning and change management. Rothman's academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University.
