Senior Advisor - Learning And Evaluation

Isaac Castillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation, data measurement, and program development. Currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Learning and Evaluation at KABOOM!, Isaac leads the organization's efforts using GIS tools to prioritize communities for new playspaces and evaluate the impact of playgrounds on local populations. Additionally, as President of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society, Isaac contributes to the field's development. Previously, roles included Director of Outcomes, Assessment, and Learning at Venture Philanthropy Partners, Deputy Director and Director of Data and Evaluation at the DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative, and Senior Research Scientist at Child Trends, among others. Isaac holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Syracuse University.
