Additional roles include Principal at SillDry Industries, LLC, Owner of StartEngine, the largest equity crowdfunding platform in the USA since June 2017, and Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee for KaBOOM! since July 2017, focusing on strategic thinking. Araten holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
