Roni Rivera is an experienced leader in community outreach and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach at KABOOM! since October 2015. Rivera has a proven track record in managing teams and overseeing grant portfolios, having successfully led a team of 15 professionals to secure over $17 million in annual revenue through partnerships with municipal and non-profit sectors. Previous roles include Programs Consultant and Director of Community Engagement at KABOOM!, as well as campaign management for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Rivera also has a strong background in sports management, having served as Head Softball Coach at both Iona College and Muhlenberg College, and an Assistant Softball Coach at Dartmouth College. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in US History from Santa Clara University.
