Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital (KACCH) & Bayt Abdullah Children's Hospice (BACCH) are non-governmental and charitable organizations that provide psychosocial and palliative care services for pediatric patients and their families in Kuwait.

KACCH, the mother organization, was founded in 1989 and currently operates child life and therapeutic play programs for children and their families in seven government hospitals across Kuwait. Its psychosocial services aim to meet the unique emotional, developmental and social needs of children and their families while navigating their medical journey in the hospital.  

Bayt Abdullah was officially opened in 2012 and provides multi-professional, specialist, pediatric palliative care and support to children with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses who are a resident in Kuwait, and their families. It aims to improve the quality of life for children and their families from diagnosis and beyond by offering these services, tailored to the individual family’s needs, in the location of their choice, whether at home, in Bayt Abdullah or through our outreach program in their local hospital.
