Vignesh Ramanujam

Vignesh Ramanujam currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of The Happy Company since 2024, an infrastructure platform focused on the consumer Internet in India, which operates the Chaicup retail brand. Prior to this, Vignesh was a Partner at Lok Capital from 2021 to 2024, overseeing significant investments and exits in various companies, and has also worked as an investor in over 50 startups since 2018. Vignesh's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Currency X, a location-based barter marketplace, in 2014. Additionally, Vignesh has experience in financial services through roles at Macquarie Group and EY. Academically, Vignesh holds a Master's degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an undergraduate degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Leicester, along with a fellowship in Climate from Terra.do.
