Chad Asmus

Chad Asmus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chad began their career in 2006 as an Engineering Intern at Army Research Labs. From 2008 to 2013, Chad served in the US Army, holding positions such as EOD Platoon Leader and EOD Operations Officer. In 2013, they joined Scott Safety as a Project Manager and later became the Integration Leader for the IST Acquisition. From 2016 to 2017, Chad worked as a Senior Project Manager at Husqvarna Group before joining Electrolux as a Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they served as the Principal at Penn Cove LLC (Search Fund Accelerator) from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Chad holds the position of Director, Corporate Development NA at Kadant since May 2022.

Chad Asmus obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2005 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Chad Asmus obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2014.
