Tom Leonard

Tom Leonard possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a board member for both Dynasil Corporation of America and Kadant Inc., where Leonard is also the Audit Committee Chairman. As Chief Financial Officer at Dynasil Corporation, responsibility includes overseeing finance, accounting, and financial reporting for the publicly traded technology and government research contracting firm. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Pennichuck Corp., where Leonard managed finance during a challenging economic period, Vice President at CRA International, and Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group, focusing on forensic analysis and financial evaluations. Leonard began a career as an Audit Partner and Head of the Audit Division at Arthur Andersen. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
