Guus Spitzen has extensive experience in project and program management, primarily in the fields of digital systems and construction regulation. Currently serving as the Product Manager for the Digital System of the Environmental Act at Kadaster since May 2014, Guus has led various projects including BIM-Legal and initiatives related to the Building Quality Assurance Act. Prior roles at Kadaster also include overseeing internationalization efforts and the modernization of KLIC systems. Guus has previously worked in numerous managerial and consulting positions across organizations such as Be Informed, Capgemini, and Univé Verzekeringen, and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
