Jacques Vos

Jacques Vos has extensive experience in land registration and notarial law, currently serving as a Registrar at Kadaster since December 2005, where responsibilities include updating the Cadastre and Land Registry, guiding registration policy, and engaging in national and international projects. Additionally, Jacques holds the position of Chain Manager for chain integration in e-conveyancing under Kadaster, aiming to enhance data exchange automation. Involved in European initiatives, Jacques is a member of the European Core Team and the Fraud Prevention Core Team at the European Land Registry Association (ELRA), while also contributing as a Board member at ELRA from 2010 to 2015. Previous roles include Candidate Civil Law Notary at Notariskantoor Pels Rijcken and membership in the Scientific Working Group at Cinder. Jacques Vos is currently pursuing professional governance education at Hemingway, following a Master’s degree in Notarial Law from the University of Groningen.
