Lilian Eilers - Geurts

Lilian Eilers - Geurts has extensive experience in communication, currently serving as Communicatieadviseur at Kadaster in Apeldoorn since 1998, focusing on labor market communication, corporate communication, and internal communication. Previously, Lilian worked as an account manager at Ben Roos Productions from 1984 to 1993, where responsibilities included concept development for thematic events, organizing multi-day incentives in the Netherlands and Benelux, and public relations. Additionally, Lilian holds a degree in C-Communicatie from Van der Hilst and has completed studies at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, as well as a program on facilitating dialogues. Lilian also serves as the chair of Tennisvereniging de Maten.
