Patrick Ter Horst

Patrick ter Horst is a seasoned lead architect at Kadaster, bringing extensive experience in IT architecture, particularly within the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst). Previously, they held multiple roles at the Belastingdienst, including IT architect for both the Inning and Bedrijfsvoering domains, where they oversaw financial IT systems and the implementation of SEPA. Patrick also worked as an enterprise architect at Arbo Unie and managed applications at InterPay Payment Solutions Inc. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
