Ruben Busink is a dedicated, results-oriented program manager in the field of information management and GIS/GEO, with a strong connection to the physical living environment, including areas such as the environment and environmental law. They have amassed extensive line management and program management experience across various organizational contexts, both nationally and internationally. Currently serving as a delegated client at Kadaster, Ruben has previously held roles including program manager for Kadastrale Kaart Next and Geodataplein, as well as positions at renowned organizations such as TNO and Royal Haskoning. With a balance between the business and human aspects of collaboration, Ruben excels in bridging organizational strategies to drive people, teams, and programs toward successful outcomes. They earned an MSc in Physical Geography from Utrecht University.
