William Loosman

William Loosman is a co-founder of IT-Bureau since January 2022, contributing to the development of software solutions and services. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Kadaster since November 2022, William specializes in Geo/IT consulting, focusing on the self-service platform behind PDOK, leveraging expertise in Linux, geo services, automation, and conformance. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Enexis Groep, Team Rockstars IT, and Kadaster, with a background in software engineering gained from studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and ROC Friesepoort Emmeloord. William also served as Chairman of the Studievereniging Indicium from May 2017 to June 2018 and has experience in data science research, particularly in natural language processing.
