Leah Bingham

Leah Bingham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leah most recently worked as a People Operations Lead at Kadena since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a People Coordinator at Uphold Inc. from October 2021 to December 2022. Previously, Leah worked at Kadena as a People Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, and Personal Assistant from August 2018 to January 2021. Before entering the tech industry, they gained experience as a Professional Childcare Caregiver at Private Client from July 2017 to August 2018. Leah also worked as a Personal Assistant at Normal VR, LLC from June 2017 to May 2018. In addition, they held roles as an Inventory Data Specialist and Purchasing Department Intern at Diamonds International from January 2016 to June 2017 and from September 2015 to December 2015, respectively. Leah started their career at Rockbrook Camp for Girls, where they held multiple positions including Youth Development Facilitator, Visual Arts Coordinator, and Orientation Instructor from May 2010 to August 2016. Lastly, they worked as a Freelance Blogger at Rug News and Design Magazine from January 2016 to May 2016, and as a Farm Hand at City Roots Sustainable Farm from September 2013 to December 2013.

Leah Bingham graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing Fashion Merchandise. In 2014, they also studied abroad at Massey University. Additionally, Leah obtained a certification in Foundations of Diversity and Inclusion at Work TeachOut from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in April 2020.
