Mark Bailie

Mark Bailie is currently the Engineering Director at Kadence. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at CommScope from April 2019 to October 2021. Mark has also been Manager of Software Engineering at ARRIS from January 2016 to April 2019, and Senior Software Engineer at Pace from June 2011 to January 2016. Mark began their career as a Placement Engineer at Latens Systems from June 2009 to August 2010.

Mark Bailie's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast. The program included professional experience, which gave Bailie the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field.
