Mark Donovan

Mark Donovan is the current CEO at Kadiant. Prior to this, they were the Chief Development Officer / Executive Vice President at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care from April 2016 to July 2021. Mark was responsible for expanding the company to 14 states and 35 locations, serving thousands of patients and employing thousands of clinicians.

Prior to Thrive, Donovan was a consultant with The Gores Group from November 2014 to April 2016. With The Gores Group, they were responsible for strategic planning and corporate direction; and managing, developing and expanding current and new markets. Some of their major developments include merging and integrating with two other leading, private equity-backed companies in the industry; and conceptualizing, developing and initializing the roll-out of multi-specialty “Oncology Care Organizations” (OCOs), which unify radiation oncologists, medical oncologists and oncologic surgical specialists into partnership as joint radiation treatment center owners with Vantage, in new and existing markets.

Mark Donovan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Architecture from Princeton University. Mark also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Princeton University.
