Dean Gilbert possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a career spanning over two decades. At National Oilwell Varco mono pumps, Dean served as a Painting Coordinator and Safety Representative, coordinating painting activities, training personnel on industrial coating safety protocols, and conducting safety audits. At KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd, Dean held multiple roles including Lean Leader for Process Improvement and Health, Safety & Environmental Lead, where responsibilities included implementing HSE management plans, ensuring compliance, and conducting incident investigations. Dean also developed training plans and participated in major projects, emphasizing continuous improvement and adherence to safety regulations.
