Ja Sangsewee

Ja Sangsewee is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at KAEFER Australia since November 2025, Ja has previously held roles including People and Culture Partner at WesTrac Cat and Human Resources Business Partner at Ausdrill. Additional experience includes positions at Western Meat Packers Group, Marine Produce Australia, Southern Cross Care WA, Crown Perth, and Krungsri. Ja's education includes a Master of Arts in Labor Economy and HRM from Chulalongkorn University and completion of an Industrial Relation Masterclass at CCIWA.
