Moritz Koch

Moritz Koch is a dedicated entrepreneur, investor, and advisory board member with over 20 years of experience in digital and industrial services. Since 2022, they have served as the Geschäftsführer of VAERING, a holding company that empowers independent entrepreneurs with the culture, competence, and capital of a German family business. They have been the Chairman of KAEFER since 2018, a global leader in industrial insulation, and are also the Managing Partner of x.now, a consultancy focused on digital strategy for medium-sized businesses. Previously, they held key roles at SinnerSchrader Commerce GmbH and next commerce, driving e-commerce transformation and business growth. Moritz studied at Universität Hamburg from 1993 to 1999.
