Nikki Kelly

Nikki Kelly currently serves as the General Manager of People & Culture at KAEFER, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nikki held various positions at WesTrac Cat from August 2012 to October 2025, including People Culture and Inclusion Manager, Diversity Inclusion and Talent Manager, Acting General Manager of People & Culture, and HR Business Partner, among others. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Officer at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand and Ertech, where responsibilities also encompassed HR administration and divisional support. Nikki holds a Graduate Certificate of Business in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University, as well as a BA in English & Social Sciences from the same institution.
