Pete Tugwell is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in the industrial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations South at KAEFER since December 2016, Pete previously held key positions such as Regional Manager and Head of Operations at Denholm Industrial Services, and Operations Director at Rainham Industrial Services. With a long tenure at Cape plc, Pete contributed as the UK Head Of Power and Industrial Sectors and General Manager from January 1990 to February 2015.
