With a career spanning from USAA, where roles included Executive Director of Channel Management from August 1989 to March 2008, to current positions as Senior Consultant at Kaeppel Consulting since September 2009 and Real Estate Agent at Brush Country Real Estate, Ltd. since January 2015, Nan has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies and implementing change management strategies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
